Art Subscription Policy

Service Area: Des Moines, Iowa local area only

CanvasMax Art subscription service allows customers to enjoy high-quality printed artwork in their home or business on a yearly subscription basis. Each subscription includes 4 printed artworks per year, with a new artwork provided every 3 months.

1. Service Start

After the customer completes the subscription, CanvasMax Art will begin providing the service within 14 days.

2. Artwork Delivery and Rotation

CanvasMax Art will deliver or transport the selected artwork to the customer’s location. Every 3 months, CanvasMax Art will remove the existing artwork and provide a new artwork according to the subscription plan.

3. Installation Responsibility

CanvasMax Art does not install wall mounts or drill into walls. Customers must prepare a suitable wall mount or hanging location before delivery.

CanvasMax Art may hang the artwork on a pre-installed mount or transport the artwork to the requested location.

4. Hanging Hardware

Each artwork will include the necessary hanging hardware attached to the artwork itself. However, wall mounting hardware, wall drilling, and permanent wall installation are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for providing a safe and suitable place to display the artwork. The customer must take reasonable care of the artwork while it is in their possession.

6. Damage or Loss

If the artwork is damaged, lost, or mishandled while in the customer’s possession, the customer may be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

7. Subscription Term

The subscription is for one year and includes four artwork rotations during the year.

8. Changes and Availability

Artwork selection may depend on availability. CanvasMax Art may provide a similar artwork if the selected artwork is unavailable.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation terms may depend on the subscription agreement at the time of purchase. Any early cancellation must be discussed with CanvasMax Art.
