United States and Canada

Shipping is free of charge for all eligible artwork orders delivered within:

  • Canada

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States and Canada:

  • Shipping and handling charges apply.

  • Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout or communicated before payment is completed.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's authorities.

Original Paintings and Prints

Orders are generally processed within 3–10 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.

Commissioned Artwork

Commission completion times vary depending on:

Estimated completion and shipping timelines will be communicated directly to the customer before work begins.

Subscription Artwork

Artwork provided through subscription plans will be prepared and shipped according to the schedule specified in the customer's subscription agreement.

We will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund where applicable.

If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

12. Delivery Refusals and Returned Packages

If an order is returned due to:

  • Unclaimed package

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

Any refund issued may be reduced by shipping, handling, return shipping, customs charges, and other costs incurred.
