2. Artwork Purchases

Original Artwork

Original paintings are one-of-a-kind works created by the artist. Once sold, ownership of the physical artwork transfers to the purchaser, but all intellectual property and copyright rights remain with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prints

Prints are reproductions of original artworks and are sold for personal use only. Customers may not reproduce, resell, modify, or commercially exploit prints without written permission.

3. Artwork Rental and Subscription Services

CanvasMax Art offers artwork rental services through subscription plans.

By subscribing, customers agree to:

Pay all applicable subscription fees;
Use rented artwork responsibly and with reasonable care;
Return rented artwork in the condition received, excluding normal wear and tear;

A deposit may be required before commencement of work.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Approval and Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included as specified in the commission agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

Copyright

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights to commissioned artwork.

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

CanvasMax Art reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders will be charged at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

6. Shipping and Delivery

United States and Canada

CanvasMax Art provides free shipping for original artworks, prints, and commissioned artworks delivered within the United States and Canada.

International Orders

Customers outside the United States and Canada are responsible for all shipping, postage, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and related charges.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

7. Returns and Refunds

Original Artwork

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Prints

Prints may only be returned if damaged or defective upon arrival.

Commissioned Artwork

Due to their custom nature, commissioned artworks are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly and notify us of any damage within 7 days of delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All artwork, images, designs, text, graphics, logos, and content displayed on this Website are the intellectual property of Sujeewa Hettithanthri and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.
